At Sofie's Fresh Food, we understand that everyone is an individual. Our approach is with a personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle plan, mainly from Fresh Foods, that suits your body and makes YOU feel better.  We can help with:

How we work?

1. Consultation

An initial 90-minutes consultation 'to scan' (verbally) all your different bodily systems so I get a good understanding of your health, your nutritional shortcomings and reasons of those unwanted symptoms

2. Nutrition and Lifestyle plan

After having studied the interaction of your bodily systems, I will recommend a Nutrition and Lifestyle plan to improve health, energy levels and feel-good factors, as well as decreasing unwanted symptoms.  The correct supplements will be recommended as well as testing if we need to look deeper in the cause of your condition.

3. Support

Weekly email and text support is the best way to achieve optimal compliance!  You don't need to wait for a follow-up consultation if you have a quick question. Just text me.. (included in the programme)

4. Follow-ups

The follow-up consultations are important so we can look deeper into your plan and make appropriate adaptations to reach Optimum Health..

First 2 follow-ups are included in programme.  Need more follow-ups: £60 per session.


5. Recipes

We believe that Fresh Food cooking is really important and will encourage you to cook basic food with easy, delicious recipes.

I am a Nutritional Naturopath and studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London from 2015-2018.  I am fully insured and a member of BANT. This enables me to easily stay updated through well-recognised conferences, webinars and high-quality magazines, etc.  My passion for Nutrition and Health started at a young age.  I qualified as a dietician in Belgium in 1989 and worked there in Antwerp University Hospital for several years.  I decided 5 years ago to retrain as I'm a strong believer in the holistic approach of a Nutritionist.


In the initial consultation, we go through your medical, lifestyle and dietary history to enable us to define a Personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle plan for YOU, including supplements.

We encourage and motivate you to cook fresh food from nutritious recipes that we provide.  The recipes are beneficial to your symptoms and condition and easy to prepare. You get personalised handouts depending on individual needs i.e. information on vegetable protein, hydration, stress and/or sleep management etc.

It could be that we need to get a better understanding of your condition through testing. This enables me to recommend a more personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle plan and supplements included.

In the follow-up consultations, we overview your symptoms and adapt the personalised diet and lifestyle plan.  we encourage compliance and motivation. I provide more recipes and handouts to achieve Optimum Health.

More consultations can be organised if needed.
