Mango Salsa

Great summer salad for lunch or as a side dish!
Ingredients:
- 1 Mango
- 15 radishes
- Handfull of chopped coriander or parsley
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1-2 tbsps of olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Chop up the mango
- Make sticks out of radishes
- Put all the ingredients together
- Add more salt, pepper, olive oil and lime juice according to taste
