Mango Salsa

Mango Salsa

Great summer salad for lunch or as a side dish!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Mango
  2. 15 radishes
  3. Handfull of chopped coriander or parsley
  4. Juice of 1 lime
  5. 1-2 tbsps of olive oil
  6. salt and pepper

Preparation:

  • Chop up the mango
  • Make sticks out of radishes
  • Put all the ingredients together
  • Add more salt, pepper, olive oil and lime juice according to taste
