Asparagus tart

Asparagus, red onion and goat cheese tart

A beautiful lunch to share with friends....


  1. 1 roll of puff pastry
  2. 3 red onion, chopped
  3. 100g goat’s cheese
  4. 2 packs of asparagus
  5. Salt and Pepper


  • Rollout the puff pastry in a baking tray.  Put baking paper underneath it to stop it sticking to the tray
  • Fry the chopped onion with some olive oil until caramelised
  • Put on top of the puff pastry
  • slice the goat cheese and make a layer on top of the caramelised onions
  • Finish with a nice line of asparagus
  • Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees or until the puff pastry is golden brown
