Avocado and Tomato Salsa

Ingredients:
- 1/2 punnet of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 avocado, chopped in small pieces
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped finely
- 1/2 red onion, chopped finely
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- freshly chopped coriander
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in a bow and stir well
- Serve immediately or keep in fridge
- Enjoy!
