breakfast granola

Breakfast Granola

Difficulty: Easy

Serves: 10 to 15 portions

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

 

Breakfast granola with rolled oats, nuts, seeds, coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon. Full of nutrients! Your body will love it...

Ingredients:

  1. 300g Rolled Oats
  2. 300g mixed nuts like walnuts, pecan, almond, brasil, hazelnut
  3. 300g mixed seeds like flaxseeds, chai, sunflower, pumpkin, poppy
  4. 3 tbsp coconut oil
  5. 3 tbsp maple syrup
  6. 3 heaped tsp cinnamon

Preparation:

  • Blend the nuts in a Food processor
  • Put the oats, seeds and chopped up nuts in a baking tray
  • Melt the coconut oil with the maple syrup and cinnamon in a small saucepan
  • Put this mixture slowly in the oats-seeds-nut mixture and stir it gently through it
  • Bake on 180 degrees for 30 minutes stirring every 5-10 minutes (use a timer!)
