Breakfast Granola

Breakfast granola with rolled oats, nuts, seeds, coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon. Full of nutrients! Your body will love it...
Ingredients:
- 300g Rolled Oats
- 300g mixed nuts like walnuts, pecan, almond, brasil, hazelnut
- 300g mixed seeds like flaxseeds, chai, sunflower, pumpkin, poppy
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 heaped tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
- Blend the nuts in a Food processor
- Put the oats, seeds and chopped up nuts in a baking tray
- Melt the coconut oil with the maple syrup and cinnamon in a small saucepan
- Put this mixture slowly in the oats-seeds-nut mixture and stir it gently through it
- Bake on 180 degrees for 30 minutes stirring every 5-10 minutes (use a timer!)
