Cruciferous vegetables

Cauliflower, broccoli and kale – roasted with Harissa paste

Difficulty: Easy

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 15-20 minutes

 

These 3 cruciferous vegetables help detox oestrogen! Really important if you struggle with PMS or menopause!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 small cauliflower, cut up in florets
  2. 1 small broccoli, cut up in florets
  3. Big handful of kale
  4. 1 tbsp harissa paste
  5. 2 tbsp olive oil
  6. salt and pepper

Preparation:

  • Put cauliflower and broccoli florets on a roasting tray, mix with the harissa paste
  • Roast for 10 minutes on 180 degrees
  • Add the kale and rub the olive oil evenly over the leaves with your hands
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Roast for another 10 minutes
  • Enjoy!
