- 1 Cauliflower
- Splash of olive oil
- Harissa paste
- Cut 2 steaks out 1 cauliflower by cutting the florets away on either side of the main stalk. Slice in 2.
- Grease an oven tray with cauliflower
- Smother the cauliflower with harissa paste
- Put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180-200 degrees
