Chickpea Roast

Roasted chickpeas mixed with Jamaican Jerk spices are a delicious combination!
Ingredients:
- 1 tin of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 red onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 peppers (any colour), chopped
- 4 broccoli stalks (or more, according to taste)
- 8 asparagus
- 2 heaped teaspoons of Jamaican Jerk
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation:
- Fry the onion, garlic and peppers together in some olive oil
- Add the chickpeas, salt & pepper and Jamaican Jerk and give it a good stir
- Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, stir occasionally
- Add the broccoli and asparagus
- Bake for 10 more minutes
