Filled Trout with lemons, limes and tomatoes

Very little preparation for a very nutritious and delicious dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 large trout
- 2 limes and 2 lemons, cut up in slices
- 1 large red onion, cut in slices
- 1/2 punnet of cherry tomatoes, halved
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Herbs provencale
- Splash of white wine
Preparation:
- Put the trout on some foil
- Make a mixture of the lemons, limes, red onion and tomatoes
- Add some olive oil
- Season with salt, pepper and herbs provencale
- Put the mixture in the trout
- Add a splash of white wine
- Close the foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees, longer if needed
