Filled Trout with lemons, limes and tomatoes

Very little preparation for a very nutritious and delicious dish.


  1. 1 large trout
  2. 2 limes and 2 lemons, cut up in slices
  3. 1 large red onion, cut in slices
  4. 1/2 punnet of cherry tomatoes, halved
  5. Olive oil
  6. Salt and pepper
  7. Herbs provencale
  8. Splash of white wine


  • Put the trout on some foil
  • Make a mixture of the lemons, limes, red onion and tomatoes
  • Add some olive oil
  • Season with salt, pepper and herbs provencale
  • Put the mixture in the trout
  • Add a splash of white wine
  • Close the foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees, longer if needed
