Herb salad with avocado dressing

This is a great way to use up those fresh herbs you bought but forgot to use over the last few days...
Ingredients:
- 1/2 onion thinly sliced
- Bunch of chives finely chopped
- 1 handful coriander, coarsely chopped
- 1 handful of small basil leaves
- or any other fresh herbs
- 2 tbsps pinenuts
- dressing: medium avocado smashed, 50g yoghurt, 1 clove garlic, sea salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation:
- Put all the herbs, onion and pine nuts in a bowls
- add together all the dressing ingredients and stir well
- Serve together
