No Bake Brownie
Difficulty: Easy
Serves: 4-6
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 2 hours in the fridge
A great gluten-free alternative, maybe even better than the real thing!!!
Ingredients:
- 100g Nuts (almonds, walnuts or mixed nuts)
- 200g Dates, chopped
- 50g raw cocoa powder
- 100g Nut butter (almond, cashew, peanut – up to you!)
- 50g Pecan nuts, chopped
Preparation:
- Blend the nuts in a food processor
- Add the other 3 ingredients (not the pecan nuts, that’s for decoration)
- Put baking paper in a tart tray
- Put the blend ingredients in it and make the mixture very tight by pushing it all together, use another sheet of baking paper so you can compact it really well with your hands without touching the mixture
- Decorate with the pecan nuts
- Put in the fridge for 2 hours
