Panfried Oyster mushrooms

Oyster mushrooms contain B-glucans which are very well know to improve immunity.
Ingredients:
- 1 punnet of Oyster mushrooms
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- salt & pepper
- fresh thyme or rosemary
Preparation:
- Fry onion and garlic in a little olive oil for 5 minutes
- Turn up the heat and fry the mushrooms
- Add some fresh thyme or rosemary and season with S&P
