Panfried Oyster mushrooms

Difficulty: Easy

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 10-15 minutes

 

Oyster mushrooms contain B-glucans which are very well know to improve immunity.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 punnet of Oyster mushrooms
  2. 1 onion, chopped
  3. 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  4. salt & pepper
  5. fresh thyme or rosemary

Preparation:

  • Fry onion and garlic in a little olive oil for 5 minutes
  • Turn up the heat and fry the mushrooms
  • Add some fresh thyme or rosemary and season with S&P
