Pickled vegetables

A really healthy snack that will give you a good kick!
Ingredients:
- A range of vegetables from carrots, celery, asparagus, pepper, onions, garlic etc
- spices like ginger, coriander seeds, peppercorns, dille
- half amount of apple cider vinegar
- half amount of water
- 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp sugar
- kilner jar(s)
Preparation:
- Clean out the kilner jar(s)
- Clean the vegetables, cut them in long sticks
- Put the kilner jar on its side and stack the cut vegetables in it
- Once fill, put the jar back straight
- Boil up the water with apple cider vinegar
- Add the spices around the stacked vegetables
- fill up the jar with the boiled mixture
- close the jar and let it stand for 2-3 days
- Put in the fridge once cold
