Puy Lentil Hummus

A hummus full of fibre, phytoestrogens and essential amino acids. Eat together with cauliflower! This combination is perfect for oestrogen balancing and detoxification...

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pack of pre-cooked lentils – 250g
  2. Juice of 1 lemon
  3. 1 clove of crushed garlic
  4. 6 sun blushed tomatoes
  5. 1 handful of chopped parsley
  6. 1 tbsp olive oil
  7. Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • Put all the ingredients in the food processor
  • Blend for 30 seconds
  • Add more salt, pepper, garlic or lemon juice according to taste
  • Serve with raw vegetables
