Ingredients:
- 1 pack of pre-cooked lentils – 250g
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- 6 sun blushed tomatoes
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in the food processor
- Blend for 30 seconds
- Add more salt, pepper, garlic or lemon juice according to taste
- Serve with raw vegetables
