Quinoa and raw cabbage salad

A healthy lunchtime dish, full of essential amino acids! A great dish to eat after exercise...


  1. Dry quinoa, cooked in vegetables stock for 20 minutes and rinsed
  2. 1/2 white cabbage, cut in small pieces
  3. 1 pack mange-touts, parboiled for 3 minutes
  4. 1 yellow pepper, cut in small strips
  5. 2 red sweet chillies
  6. dressing: 3 tbsps olive oil, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp balsamic syrup, 1 tsp dijon mustard


  • Dressing: put all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir really well, add some salt and pepper to your own taste
  • Put the quinoa and veg in a bowl together and mix with the dressing above
