Roast Garlic

Roasted garlic almost tastes like a delicious garlic butter!! Even better....
Ingredients:
- 1 bulb of garlic
- Some olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh rosemary (optional)
Preparation:
- Cut the garlic bulb in 2
- Pour some olive oil on both halves and spread it with your fingers
- Add some salt, pepper and fresh rosemary if you prefer
- Put the 2 halves together, scrunch up in foil
- Roast at 200 degrees in the oven
