Salmon Tartare with avocado and sesame oil dressing

An easy-to-prepare lunch full of anti-inflammatory omega 3's


  1. 1 Lightly Smoked salmon fillet, cut in 1cm cubes
  2. 1/2 Avocado, cut up
  3. 2 Spring onions, chopped
  4. dressing: 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 large tsp horseradish, pepper


  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl
  • Make the dressing, give it a good stir
  • Mix the salmon, avocado and dressing together and cool in the fridge
