Salmon Tartare with avocado and sesame oil dressing

An easy-to-prepare lunch full of anti-inflammatory omega 3's
Ingredients:
- 1 Lightly Smoked salmon fillet, cut in 1cm cubes
- 1/2 Avocado, cut up
- 2 Spring onions, chopped
- dressing: 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 large tsp horseradish, pepper
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl
- Make the dressing, give it a good stir
- Mix the salmon, avocado and dressing together and cool in the fridge
