Ginger is anti-inflammatory and good for digestion in small amounts

Ingredients

  • 200g ginger, peeled
  • 2ooml lime and/or lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut up the ginger
  2. Put in the nutribullet and blend for 10 seconds
  3. Keep in a jar in the fridge
  4. Add 1tsp to hot water or a freshly squeezed orange
