Turmeric latte recipe

Turmeric Latte – Golden Milk

Do you have inflammation problems? This is the drink for you! Drink it as a shot, three times per week at least

Ingredients

  • 150ml Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

 

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a fast blender, like a nutribullet and blend for 20 seconds
  2. Warm up the spiced milk
  3. Serve and drink immediately
